A childlike figure, dressed in a onesie, face mask, and animal ears, sits cross-legged atop a boulder. Their downcast gaze and posture suggest quiet sorrow. In their hands, they clutch stones wrapped in crumpled strips of paper, inscribed with accusatory phrases and Bible verses. Referencing the biblical act of stoning wrongdoers, the piece explores themes of judgment, shame, and the isolation of being cast aside. Through the innocence of the figure, the work asks us to consider how condemnation—religious or societal—affects the most vulnerable among us.
