Held is a three-layer screenprint developed from an original linocut. The work captures a quiet moment of stillness during a breastfeeding contact nap, where the physical closeness between mother and child becomes both ordinary and profound. Through a restrained palette and bold mark-making, the piece reflects on intimacy, care, and the often unseen pauses within early motherhood.
