I am a Painter and Printmaker and I teach Printmaking techniques to students at my studio in Sissinghurst in Kent. My work is influenced by my surroundings at home and in the Countryside and also the Coastline around East Sussex.  I specialize in the Painterly Mono printing technique where I create my images by painting onto acetate and printing this onto paper under my Printing press building the image layer by layer in thin translucent printing inks until I feel that the work is complete. Conveying a certain quality of light and atmosphere in my work is important to me.
